S3-compatible object storage lifecycle rules

Please support lifecycle rules on buckets so old logs move to a cheaper class or expire after N days.

Please keep the rule format compatible with AWS so we can reuse our existing JSON files.

  Yes, we use the same XML/JSON schema as the S3 API, expiration and transition actions included.
